i'm confused here.. is this a c6 with 505hp or is a C6Z06...

For that cobra to hang like that, i am assuming it has at least 525-550rwhp

C6, not a C6Z. The work was done at LG Motorsports

The Cobra supposidly had 640rwhp but later complained of belt slippage

ok if the cobra had 640rwhp it would have beaten that c6 but then excuses say belt slippage. right!!! Im a big mustang fan and that is one ugly ass cobra. sm2.gif

I can remember about 7 years ago when my car only had 400rwhp and was going low 12's at the track and people were thinking that it was fast!!! Fast forward until now at it seems that you have to be packing at least 700rwhp and be running 9's to be considered fast!!!

i went looking for the thread before you posted it.... It looks like it was built at 21st century, not LG.

Strong damn car, it should beat the cobra with or without slippage from the cobra. If not, he should be at least at his rear bumper if he did beat him..

Looking forward for the rematch now that he got his slippage fixed

I dont understand how a car with 140 more wheel hp and 140 more wheel tq can be beat by a car that only weighs 3-400 lbs less.

I can remember about 7 years ago when my car only had 400rwhp and was going low 12's at the track and people were thinking that it was fast!!! Fast forward until now at it seems that you have to be packing at least 700rwhp and be running 9's to be considered fast!!!

Due to belt slippage on the supercharger. i think it was quoted that it dynoed 490rwhp on the dyno with the belt slippage. So if that is the case, I can see why the C6 beat him. Once that issue is fixed, that C6 is going to have a tough time keeping that Cobra off his ass

Im sorry but if i knew that the belt on my supercharger was slipping i wouldnt run no 500rwhp vette. But once he gets that fixed and is making the 600+ rwhp i think he will take the c6 that is if the belt was slipping dry.gif

Yeah, I'm with you on this one, if the belt was slipping then that's why he lost, but it still was fairly close. Before the Mustang goes again he better fix his belt issues.
