Once a year, we all get together at a drag strip for a day of racing. We can hang a "CorvetteKillStories.com" banner at the strip. Have "CorvetteKillStories.com" T-Shirts that we can all wear... etc. I know the traveling would be impossible for many including myself. Maybe if we had some "CorvetteKillStories.com" reps at our various locations the events could be held and we would all be able to participate at the event nearest to where we all live. Just a wild idea I decided to throw on the table.

Good Idea but not really possible until we get some more members in an area so we can have a full day of racing.

He's right. We need many many more members before thats possible.

I mean right now we have what maybe 20 people with over 100 posts another 10 if you take that to 50 or more. We have a great start but just look at where we the common posters all live.

Tx, Ok, NY, NJ, Pa, Ca, Va, Co, Mn, In, Ga ...... You see the problem not enough members and the ones we have are too spread out.

I think that eventually we'll get there. If we all continue to tell other Vetters and racers about the site, keep the trolls down to a minimum, and post alot of new stuff to keep peoples interest when they view, the site will grow like crazy.

We have a nitch that I like. we are based off Corvettes and Racing. My two favorite things. I put a link to the site in alot of my sigs on other forums. (CorvetteForum . com) erased it :rolleyessmmileyanim: but I have it on alot of other sites. It just helps promote this site. I'm just sorry this site came about so long after the CF kills died. We all tried to go to CAC but it just wasn't the same.

Ken has a nice site but is WAYYYY to sensor happy. And I'm certain polishers out number racers on that site 10,000 to 1.

I still visit the other sites but this ones home now.

I can understand your worries with Aquaman looking after the car and all.. I would rather see your ride in TX were she will get great weather and a loving home , plus the fact that if I am out and about Rollinred could babysit her...... Sorry Aquaman, but I think V8's car could do more good and stay out of trouble if here in TX......... :hypocritesmiley:

I was but then one of the mods invited me back, after a bunch of local (Cincy,Dayton,Colombus,Indy, Chicago) members asked him to let me back on before the one lap so I could post some stuff.

I might post once a month on there in the great lakes section, and sometimes my alter ego from the Northeast uses it to ask tech questions. The place really lost it's luster after that whole debacle.

Just use the adhesive thats on the back of the decal. It peels off pretty easy and Goo Gone removes what remains.
