Jim - I know you live around me. Where is that track at? I would love to go once or twice this summer. Is it a special membership? Do you prep your car in any way both before and after the track day?

Poor guy, I think he missed a downshift there, engine is gone.
The track is in Joliet, and I was driving the full track in that video, but it can be configured into two separate tracks they call North and South. It is the Autobahn Country Club and it requires membership. Autobahn CC web page But there are other ways to drive there, you can get in with various car clubs or NASA HPDE events or such. I joined PDI, PDI web page and that gets me 10 sessions on the full track this season. Plus I have signed up to go on the full track with the Lotus club in June.
