Hey guys new to the site so I figured I would introduce myself and post a video of me vs a R34 skyline @ 25 psi. My car is not a Z06 like it says in the video, and you can clearly tell! My only mods are twin flow polished intake, and Borla XR1 race exhaust.

We went from a 50 roll... I wanted to do a dig, and told him rolls are for fat chicks. He wouldnt do it because he knows I would rip him out of the hole bad, as im on nitto 555R's.

That has got to be the slowest 25 psi R34 in history. Good kill though.

It's not that slow... I trap 112mph with just intake and exhaust, thats almost stock Z06 territory.

I was getting more to the fact that it was 25 psi, and you beat the shit out of it. I figured it would have been over 500 whp. But it looks like your C5 is responding very well to the mods, you have done.

What is a Skyline supposed to run? Really...I've only seen one on the road here.

Honestly I am supprized at how well my C5 runs for what little mods are done to it... The skyline owner made it seem like his car was fast, he wanted to race for $1000 and everything. There was about 800 people at the races that night, and they all flocked to the skyline. I asked him if he wanted to run and he said yes before he even knew i had a vette. After I came back from the run and beat the skyline hundereds of people were cheering for me so it was pretty cool. Even stock skyline GTR's only run a mid 13 sec 1/4 mile...

Thta's my point those things only run like 10-12 psi stock.

Good kill man. Something is wrong with that Skyline though. Either the dude with the Skyline is misleading about his boost level, or something is wrong with the car, or else he just can't drive at all. At 25 psi a car of that type should be running somewhere around 600 horsepower at the crank.

No discredit to the C5 of course, I obviously favor the Vette, but that car should have been able to pull a lightly modded C5 pretty easy from a 50 roll, once you guys got over 100 or so he should have walked by.

If he is typical of the ricer crowd he's telling folks 25 psi when he knows he is running 12 psi.

If you had raced him for the money his car would've probably ran a whole lot better.
