why in the hell would someone want to run an all wheel drive vehicle from a stop. Unless i can cut 1.70 60 foots i aint running no all wheel drive from a stop

thanks, K04 turbos, stasis trans and 4:1 center diff, BFG Drag radials and other regular boltons and thats it! actually in the last couple of months i had methanol injection and a better tune, but thats about it. it ran mid 11s at 121mph

Actually the Stang launched pretty good, the other guy left when the flagger raised his arms instead of when he lowered them.

Yeah the S4 did leave early on that first run but there was a second run where they left at the same time. From the cameras view, it was too close to call but that Stang launch right with the S4.

I didnt really mean that about this video, I meant racing an all wheel drive in general. For example a couple of months ago I went stoplight to stoplight with a subaru wrx and of course due to the short distance he took me by half a car. Then he went on to say his car is faster than mine and all kinds of ricer stuff like that. Sorry, but 700 rwhp and 680 rwtq its kinda hard to hook up on the street on nitto non drags.

I say go back to Audiland judging by your attitude toward american muscle in the comments in the links you posted. Obviously off the line vs street cars the AWD is a huge advantage, and the blinking 4 ways is gay. Generally speaking, stock for stock and mod of mod the S4's aren't in the same league as vette's and 03+ Cobra's. And don't do the price war thing, b/c you can't compare an older car to a newer one, or we can start talking about the 9 second fox bodies with $10k invested, etc etc.
