Still not fair... but cool non the less.

I needed to get a backup car due to the fact that the last shop I delt with damn near gave me a nervous breakdown for having my car so long!

I leased an 08 Z51 through my business!! I'll keep it under warrenty, just intake headers and exhaust. I'll then have it dyno tuned with torco, and be happy with 440 RWHP. I'm dropping it off tomorrow to have it lowered/corner weighted and aligned!!!

The C5 is alive and well!!!

I'll bet that 08 feels slow when that blue c5 is pulling into the next state on you... I know this from experience as my c5 is stock, and a fast car makes mine feel slow. You have to look at the speedo to see triple digits...(or have my wife slapping your arm to let you know it's really not slow)

Nice video!! It will be interesting to see how long a stock motor lasts with you driving it. Make sure to let us know!!

How fast does the 2008 top out at?

I've done plenty of rolls, but there is usually nothing to see but me ripping down the highway in my 98...

I do enjoy the canyons more then drag racing, but I always take a moment to challenge bike when the conditions warrant!

I do plan to keep the 08 under warranty, it tops out at 190 stock!

Does the tune void it? How do you return it to stock?

I just save the original parts, and put them back on when I turn it in. We have the original Tune saved on the laptop as well...

As long as you have a reasonable relationship with the service writer, a few boltons will not void your warranty.

the 08 pulls strong. the 05 is at an aero disadvantage by the top being down like that.. that probably added 15-20 hp right there in terms of aero
