You tried with FireFox, right??
Anyways your criticism is welcome.......I thought my video came out pretty good considering paved canyons are not as smooth as the track!

I would set it on manual focus, sometimes it focuses on the reflection in the windshield. The sound is messed up because of the camera shaking internally because the mount is either not stiff enough or more likely too stiff. Looks great otherwise, and the resolution looks legit to me.
If you can't get around the sound issue you could always record with a seperate thing, mute the camera, then dub it over on your computer. Your filesize is nuts though at 12 mbps. I save mine at 2 mbps for high quality on the computer but only use about 0.7 mbps for upload. See if there's options on your mac for compressing the file.
Now the really important test is set your camera up, and pretend you're stuck in the pits at the track for a few minutes waiting to race and you've got your gloves and helmet on. Now the camera will go into it's standby thing or whatever but make sure you can get it to turn on and be sure it's recording from your seat. I had this problem with mine and missed two runs because I had no idea if the camera was starting or stopping. I was trying to avoid recording a bunch of dead space because I didn't want the memory card to run out partway through the run.
My camera is actually shaking a bunch on the straightaway because of the wind. It's that loose. When i made the mount rigid it would just vibrate violently over every bump.
