Well, heres my issue, every day when i go to start the car in the morning it takes about 3 vranks before it actually goes on, as well as in the afternoon after sitting for a few hours. This started about two months ago, and is driving me crazy! This is what I have on the vette speaking of fuel delivery.. New Fuel Pump and rewired relay. TPIS injectors and ACCEl presure regulator set at 42psi. I want to say this problem has to do with my Cold Start injector, but I cannot be sure. Any advise on this issue?? I can give more info if nessesary for a better understandment.

Sounds like fuel leaking to me. One way to know for sure. Raise the rail, fire off the injectors by turning on the ignition (start not run) (very careful with this, NO SPARKS ALLOWED, probably best to disconnect the coil) and see what happens.

Im just about tired of this so I'll give it a try, I know for sure that the cold start injector is not leaking for I pulled it out of the plenum and no leaks.. It's a desperate move to raise the rail but I still have some patience.

Removed the rail and seeked for any leaks coming from the injectors, none found. Spend about two hours pressurising the system and checking over and over, but I was glad it was not that... I also went ahead and cleaned up the cold injector plud as well as the cold start thermo time switch sensor, it was a bit dirty. I guess I'll see tomorrow morning if cleaning it up a bit helped.. I know that the cold start valve is not connetced in any way with the ECM. It's triggered any time with coolant temp under 95 deg. and only goes on when the started is engaged. If this doesent work I'll have to spray some carb cleaner one of these morning and see if it helps out, them I'll know for sure it's a cold start valve broblem... Any more advise wuld be greately apreciated..

Hmm. Have you checked to see that the fuel pressure comes up when you turn the ignition to "run"? Should jump to over 50 PSI with the key in "run" and motor not yet cranked over.

Fuel pressure is fine. I know stock it should be between 34-36 on KOEO and at idle 24-36, I have mine set at 42 at idle, so that would give me about 50 at KOEO. Pressures are goo. I'n starting to think I might have a clogged Cold start valve., I'll try to manually activate it soon and see if that might be the problem, it could be completely out. I checked the wiring with a noid ight two weeks ago, and I only got one pulse to it, , but temperatures were not too low, so I didnt pay much attention to that...

well, whatever I did last night worked... Started right up in the frist crank. The only things I did that I can imagine might have helped are the following... Cleaned us the connectors to the cold start injector and thermotime switch and cleanned my MAF sensor a bit...other than that, I have no idea what i did to fix it..

Hmm. Well as long as it works, who cares what it was. smile.gif

I sure am glad I somehow solved it. It was driving me crazy.. What I think actually helped was cleaning the connector ans sensor that activates it... Hope this helps out some one out in the future...
