That one has to be the ultimate. DV, since you're in league with the DOT tell us how to get one.

Well first, you have to be Batman.
Then, you have to apply for a permit for an oil rig, which you will need to keep gas in this thing.
When you get those done get back to me and I'll fill you in on the rest.

How about gas rigs? I'm on 7 in North Texas.
Disappointed an SRT8 Challenger the other night, didn't get a wave after handing his ass back to him.

Ah! Good kill. Haven't seen much action around here of late in Little Cuba. Can't drive a mile without seeing a police car, and crime is going up anyway. If it weren't for my family being here I would move away.

Upstate .. historically one of the highest rated places to live in the U.S., with a very low crime rate. Over the past decade it is all changing, due to (1) illegal immigration and (2) outsiders moving into the area, bringing their big city progressive ideals with them, andgetting elected to office. It all started with the BMW plant. It's too bad. Still a decent place to live relatively speaking, but not much good for folks who enjoy light traffic and a little friendly red light rabble rousing.
