Got the car back about a week ago. It's now Twin Turbo 
Still doing some street tuning so no real #'s although she feels pretty fast!
I had a DISASTER with another company that almost stopped the entire project. I tried to go for broke with an insane race engine and that just almost killed the entire project. The race engine had major issues and I couldn't use it.
I had to sell it at a FRACTION of what I bought it for and instead put together a budget FI engine.
Either way, I guess I just had to come to a realization that I don't have the $ (plus other things) to play with the big boys. You know, the guys that pop an engine and go "Oh well, just build another one, make it better, whatever the cost is, it is, put it on my Amex".
Going out later to drive for a little while and do some more logging. The good thing is that there are quite a few tracks within an hour or so, so I should be able to have some fun.
Just gotta save up for a drag pack and better rims and street tires.
No pics/vids yet.. waiting for the new rims/tires.. that'll probably take me a few months to save up, maybe more. I have some other priorities that are higher on the list at the moment.
It sure is good to see her in the garage and be able to go for a ride though! I swear it makes me feel better!

Man, sorry to hear about the attempt on the first engine. That's exactly why I don't do any more than I have with my car. I've been mulling over that BlowerWorks C4 kit for years, and I could afford to do that, but if anything major went wrong afterward, I would be stuck with a 3200 pound paperweight. Like you said, that stuff is for folks who can afford to dump 20K as many times as it takes to keep the car running.
In any case, congrats on the new build! Now that ForceFed C5 has the car to go with the name agian, all seems right in the world.
